Portuguese authorities and the family of prominent television presenter Cláudio Ramos are intensifying efforts to locate his 47-year-old sister, Iara Ramos Nascimento, who has been missing for nearly a week from her home in Elvas.
Nascimento was last seen on Sunday, October 12, departing from her residence in Vila Boim, a locality within Elvas.
She was driving a dark blue Volkswagen Beetle at the time of her disappearance.
Cláudio Ramos made a public appeal for assistance on social media, sharing details of his sister’s disappearance.
“The family asks that any information you may have be communicated to the nearest authorities, please,” Cláudio Ramos wrote in his post.
His brother, Luís Nascimento, also shared the same message across social media platforms, reinforcing the family’s plea.
