The court has ordered the two accused arrested in the case of ‘Suranga’ movie piracy to be sent to jail. They are Monirul Sheikh and Imamul Kabir.

The police produced them in the court on Sunday. After that, Deputy Inspector (SI) Nooranahar Khatun of the Cyber ​​and Special Crime (North) Department, requested to keep them in jail until the investigation of the case is over.

Bail was applied for by the accused. The lawyers applied for tomorrow to be fixed for the bail hearing.

In view of this application, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Nurul Huda Chowdhury sent them to jail and set the date of bail hearing tomorrow, Monday (July 31).

Sub Inspector Jalal Uddin, officer of general registration branch of Banani police station, gave these information to the court.

On Saturday (July 29), the producer of the movie, Shahriar Karim Bhuiyan, filed a copyright law case at the Banani police station.
