Transformers 7: Two fan-made posters bring Optimus Primal and Cheetor to life

Diamonddead reveals two posters of Transformers: Rise of the Beastsfeaturing the characters of Beast Wars, Primal Optimus and Cheetor. The two characters Maximum set to appear in the 7th film in the franchise transformers. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts follows the story established in the 2018 film Bumblebee.

As an extension of the new continuity established by Bumblebee, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will involve characters from an era never before exploited by franchise Transformers in the cinema. In the next movie, Autobots will have to face three new factions: the Maximals, the Predacons and the Terrorcons. Inspired by the 1996 3D animated series, Beast Wars: Transformers, the New Cybertronian Factions are Transformers who arrived on prehistoric Earth who chose to take on the appearance of animals such as gorillas, rhinos, and a Tyrannosaurus Rex. While these characters remained hidden, Ron Perlman was chosen to play Optimus Primalthe leader of Maximumreprising his role that he already held in Transformers War for Cybertron of netflix . While the film hasn’t had its first promotional material yet, it’s the fans, as often, who get the first glimpses, from their own ideas and creativities.

Digital artist Diamonddead shared on his Instagram account two posters centered on key characters, Primal Optimus and Cheetor. The posters feature portraits of the two robots, with half of their faces being their animal forms while the other half features various mechanical details shrouded in shadows. Diamonddead first designed the poster ofPrimal Optimusbefore creating that of Cheetor, after the initial poster’s reception, it was a Transformer he owned when he was younger. The artist has also published clean variations of each poster, without text.
