Martin highlighted the impact logistics had on the business last year in its 2023 results: “We continue to exceed our forecasts every fiscal year. Despite the complications of the last few months in the transport sector, we have managed to maintain our growth targets“.

Positive Black Friday

While the company hasn't revealed exact numbers, it has shared rough estimates of performance during Black Week 2023. According to these forecasts, sales would have been just under 45 million euros, which is a value of approx 27% increase compared to last year. Around 62,000 orders would have been processed during Black Friday.

These results, which represent a significant increase compared to previous years, contributed significantly to the balance sheet in 2023.

A lot of logistical work for 2024

TradeInn has also shared their goals for this year, and most of them are focused on the logistics part to improve their service and solve the problems they faced in 2023.

Among the plans for 2024, which will begin in the coming months, is that Tradeinn will carry out new expansion works at its headquarters in Celrà, in the province of Girona. The goal is to increase the square footage of the logistics warehouse from the current 35,000 to 50,000 and to reach full capacity in 2025.

On the other hand, the company is also planning to relocate the logistics warehouse it manages in Germany with a local partner. “We want to move it from Pulheim to another location to reach an area of ​​6,000 m2 in order to make the delivery times of the orders managed from there more efficient.“, has described in detail Martin.
