Tour de France 2023 today, stage 11: schedule, profile and route

The heat continues through the Massif Central and the corridors, who mostly spent the last three nights in Clermont-Ferrand, will have to move suitcases again. The eleventh day is propitious for sprinters, so from the start the teams with fast men will be the ones that are most attentive to controlling the breakaway, the one in which Pello Bilbao triumphed yesterday. There will be a total of 178.9 kilometers between the aforementioned town of Clermont-Ferrand and Moulins. In between, three levels of fourth category, crowning the last one 50 km from the finish line. However, the up and down sections will be abundant.

Of course, for the outcome, there will be a one kilometer straight in which the sprinters must find the best position. So far, there has been a clear dominator of the sprint: Jasper Philipsen. Three victories for the Belgian from Alpecin and a second place, in a volata that had a more demanding arrival than the others and in which the winner was Mads Pedersen. Brokers like Groenewegen, Girmay, Ewan, Coquard, Bauhaus, Kristoff… there are many candidates who will try to prevent Philipsen’s poker, who is also counting on an excellent Van der Poel as a pitcher these weeks.
