We are not going to lie to you, "The Bear" is one of our favorite series of recent times because in a matter of a couple of seasons we became completely hooked on the story of both Carmy and the entire team she works with to have a spectacular restaurant that, over time, became a family because of a common passion: food.

It is no secret that for two years now, this has been one of the most successful and acclaimed productions of today. And it is no wonder, because over the course of two seasons, this plot has not only left us on the edge of our seats with its mix of comedy and drama, it has also whet our appetites.

Birrieria Zaragoza

The first restaurant the actors mentioned in "The Bear" was Birrieria Zaragoza, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach in particular gave it a lot of praise. And boy was this a surprise, because it is about a Michelin-listed Mexican food place that specializes in one thing: that’s right, birria. In fact, it’s the only thing you’ll find on their menu.

Whether in a small or large portion, with or without bones, birria is their hit. They even give you the opportunity to have the full experience of this Mexican delicacy even if you are in the United States, because you can accompany your birria with handmade corn tortillas to make your own tacos, dip them in broth and they even offer the famous quesabirrias. Now, as they say, the cast of the series knows what it’s like.
