Medical Update on Shooting Victim
A young girl who was shot in Nuevo Ellauri has undergone two surgeries since Sunday night and remains in a critical condition, according to the State Health Services Administration (ASSE).
Current Health Status
The girl was admitted to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, posing a significant threat to her life. She underwent emergency surgery in the Surgical Block on Sunday night and a second operation in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit on Monday morning.
Circumstances of the Shooting
The shooting incident occurred in the Nuevo Ellauri neighborhood on Sunday night. The girl’s father, a 22-year-old man, was fatally shot with nine bullets. His two-year-old daughter was also hit by several bullets and is currently fighting for her life.
