Three dead, three wounded in shooting at Oklahoma City bar

Three people were killed and three others injured in a shootout between multiple groups of motorcyclists at an Oklahoma City bar, police said Sunday.

One person is in critical condition and two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries after the shooting that occurred around 9 p.m. Saturday, said Lt. Jeff Cooper, a spokesman for the Oklahoma City Police Department.

The three deceased were pronounced dead at the location, the Whiskey Barrel Saloon in the southwest of the city, Cooper added. Authorities did not immediately identify the dead or injured.

Sergeant Major Gary Knight said in an email that preliminary information indicates it was a “shootout between several rival motorcycle gangs.”

Police have made no arrests.

Cooper said investigators don’t yet have information on any suspects. “So far we have nothing,” he said.
