From that labor union the police referred to the killing of an agent who was working on cases in the Marconi district.
“If the protocol had been applied as it says, this would not have happened. “We believe that this would not have happened,” said union spokesman Jorge Díaz, referring to the Interior Ministry’s statements at a conference.
