Young fast pitcher Umran Malik has impressed everyone with his speed. After which, many veteran players are demanding to include him in the India team. In this episode, Kamran Akmal, now an experienced goalkeeper batsman from Pakistan, has praised Umran Malik. He has said that if he had been in Pakistan, he would have already played international cricket. Umran has so far taken 15 wickets in 11 matches in IPL.
Speaking of Umran Malik, he said that if he had been in Pakistan, he would have been included in the team. His economy rate is high, but he is a strike pitcher and is constantly getting wickets.
He further said that there has been no decrease in Umran Malik’s speed. This is good for the India team. Previously, the India team had no such bowlers. Now they have a lot of fast bowlers like Shami, Siraj, Bumrah and Navdeep Saini. Umesh Yadav is fine too. With 10-12 fast pitchers, it is getting harder and harder for Indian selectors to select them.
Regarding him, Shami said: I agree that he has rhythm, but personally, I’m not a big fan of him. I think if you can throw 90 mph and swing the ball both ways, it’s enough to annoy hitters. He has incredible speed, but he still needs more time to mature.
