This is Xiaomi’s next cheap electric scooter

Xiaomi has proven in the past that it is one of the most important brands in the electric scooter market. And he is already preparing what will surely be one of his next cheap scooters.

One of the latest certifications obtained by the Chinese manufacturer reveals that it is preparing the launch of Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3 Lite. This new model has already been certified by TÜV Rheinland.

The exchange in question was made by the usually credible Mukul Sharma on Twitter. But unfortunately this certification does not allow you to see the characteristics that will be part of this future electric scooter.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3 Lite to offer autonomy at lower power

Remember that Xiaomi has already launched the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3 in Portugal. As this new model will have the name “Lite”, it will surely be focused on offering a lower price by cutting back on certain features.

So we can expect it to have less power and less range than the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3. This model has a 600W motor and a 780 mAh / 280 Wh battery with a maximum range of 30 km.

The model that is being prepared can thus be an ideal scooter for small trips, and not to become your main means of transport in the city. In that case, Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter 3 or 2 Pro will still be better options. Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3 can be purchased at PCDIGA at € 424.90 at the time of writing, and Electric Scooter Pro 2 is € 462.90 in this online store.
