They examine whether Prince Harry obtained an irregular visa

Washington (BLAZETRENDS) about the process.

Specifically, a court in Washington will evaluate a lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation, a think tank of conservative ideology, against the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to obtain information related to the visa approval process for the Duke of Sussex.

“Wide media coverage has highlighted the question of whether DHS properly admitted the Duke of Sussex in light of the fact that he has publicly admitted to committing drug offenses both in the US and abroad,” it can be read in the lawsuit, to which the CBS network has had access.

The Heritage Foundation argues that “US law generally considers a person inadmissible for entry” into the country if there is evidence that they have used drugs in the past.

The lawsuit also seeks to have Prince Harry’s immigration history made public because of the “enormous interest” in the case.

In his memoir “Spare”, the British duke recounts that he used drugs as a teenager, such as cocaine and marijuana, and that he even consulted with a woman with “powers”, without giving her name or saying if she was a psychic, who told him that his mother, the late Diana of Wales, approved of his decision to start a new life in the US with his wife, the American actress Meghan Markle.

Enrique and Markle have lived in California since 2020, after their decision to leave the British royal family.
