Prosecutor Sandra Fleitas is holding court hearings this Saturday to formalize the investigation imprisoned in connection with the double murder case in Northern pine foreston Thursday around midnight.
Those arrested so far are two women and one man. It is believed the women ran the drug sales outlet where two men arrived in a car with four children aged 2, 3, 5 and 8.
The arrested man is the driver of the car that was attacked by other criminals at the door of the drug sales outlet.
As a result of the shooting (more than 30 shots), the two-year-old boy and his 22-year-old father were killed and two other children who are now admitted to the Pereira Rossell Hospital were injured.
A fourth child was uninjured, as was the driver of the car, who has now been arrested and is available to prosecutor Fleitas.
The hearings in the court of Ciudad de la Costa, Canelones, are held separately because they are related to the case, but from different perspectives.
There are still no arrests regarding those responsible for the shooting that killed the boy and his father.
