‘Home’ mode

This is the Instagram experience you know today. Here, the social network organizes the content based on the interest it may have in each publication. This way, you can first see what Instagram thinks is important to you, of the accounts you follow or might want to follow.

‘Favorites’ mode

In this mode you can make a list of the accounts that

you won’t want to miss a beat. Whether it’s your best friends or the influencers you like to follow, in this segment everything will be compiled according to your choices.

‘Next’ mode

This is the mode that restores the initial Instagram experience. It’s a chronological list of posts only from the accounts you follow. If you want to see the latest of the accounts that interest you the most, this is the way to choose.

Testing with these modes has already started and will run for the next several weeks. Adam Mosseri says that the news should be available to all users by mid-2022.
