Ahead of the 2023 ODI World Cup, the Indian team will play a three-match ODI series against Australia. This series starts on October 22nd. BCCI has announced the squad for this high-tension series. The select team has selected two different teams for this series. The first two games will feature a young team captained by KL Rahul. Veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has been included in the Australian series team. Ashwin last played an ODI match for Team India in January 2022. This means that this player will be seen playing ODI matches for the team again after around 21 months. Ashwin has played 113 ODI matches for Team India in which he took 151 wickets.
