Samsung this year skipped the launch of the Galaxy Note21 this year. Instead, the company released the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3.
While many were confident that next year we would see a Galaxy Note22, it looks like that launch won’t happen.
According to the informant Front Tron, Samsung will not release a Galaxy Note22 next year.
The reason is that Samsung is choosing to cinsert your Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip models, therefore, an additional core model would be unnecessary.
The biggest selling point of the Galaxy Note line has always been its size and the S Pen. Both features are already available on other Samsung devices, with the Galaxy S21 Ultra, for example, being the same size as the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and also supporting the S Pen.
The Z Fold series now offers an even larger canvas for writing or drawing. FORFor most uses, the Galaxy Note series has become redundant.
However, the Galaxy Note line has a very loyal fan base as it is the only device that has an integrated compartment for the S Pen. The current Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold3 have to resort to a case, which is bulkier.
In any case, none of this has been confirmed by Samsung yet, so we have to wait. No doubt the company has already decided, so it’s just a matter of time before sharing.
