There is Covid-19 in the Licey: Includes manager, coaches and players

The temporarily suspended manager of the Tigres del Licey, Tony Díaz, is affected by Covid-19 and that has been the reason for his departure from the position.

Díaz himself gave the information to LISTIN DIARIO, but clarified that he does not have strong symptoms.

He also said that at the Licey there are several coaches with covid and about five players.

LISTÍN DIARIO asked the president of the team, Ricardo Ravelo, for those names, but there has been no answer yet.

Diaz was replaced by former manager Jose Offerman, who was champion in 2008-09.

The general manager Carlos José Lugo was also canceled and Audo Vicente was appointed in his place.

Last tournament Licey had a terrible outbreak of covid, which included his Venezuelan manager Luis Sojo.
