This morning Xiaomi promoted the ‘Discover Xiaomi 2023’ event in Milan, which is beginning to become a tradition. 4gnews was physically present at this event, where one of the highlights was the launch of the brand’s new electric scooters.
After launching its best electric scooter in Barcelona, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra, the company is now launching two more modest models of this series. We are talking about the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and 4 Lite.
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and 4 Lite prices
The price jump is notorious. Xiaomi Electric 4 Ultra came to our market for €999.99, but Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 will be sold for €519.99 in the UK. The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite will arrive in the UK for €419.99. Both will be available from May 29.

But what do these models bring back? Depending on the brand, we can expect 600 W motors (in the Scooter 4) and 300 W motors (in the Scooter 4 Lite), with a maximum speed of 20 km/h. These can be integrated into the Xiaomi Home application via Bluetooth, to know the level of charge or speed in real time, as well as monitor driving data and update the firmware.
In the field of autonomy, we have a 7650 mAh battery in the Electric Scooter 4, which promises up to 35 km of autonomy with slopes of up to 16%. The Electric Scooter 4 Lite promises up to 20 km of autonomy with a 5200 mAh battery.
The base model arrives with an upgraded double-acting disc brake on the rear wheel and an E-ABS system on the front wheel. In the case of the Lite version, you can count on the E-ABS system on the front wheel and drum brake on the rear wheel.
Prices, as we have already mentioned, start at €419.99 for the Lite version, and reach €519.99 for the Electric Scooter 4. The Ultra version, for those who want the best of the best, follows the sale for €999.99.
