As the presentation of the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro is fast approaching, the Chinese brand has repeatedly teased the range on its official Twitter account. This September 6, 2021, Xiaomi has finally confirmed one of the most anticipated features of the 11T Pro, fast charging 120 W.

120 watts? Yes ! The XiaomiHyperCharge is on its way ”, details the manufacturer. The brand’s tweet suggests that Hypercharge fast charging will be reserved for the Pro version. The standard version should be content with less swift technology, the exact power of which is still unknown. On our side, we expect a load of up to 67 W.

Charging twice as fast as the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra

As a reminder, Xiaomi had already integrated 120 W fast charging technology on the Mi 10 Ultra. The manufacturer went back, without explaining its decision, with the Mi 11 Ultra. The smartphone had to be content with a quick recharge of 67 W. We imagine that Xiaomi was afraid of damaging the battery.

The latest news is that the 11T Pro is powered by a generous 5,000mAh battery, which promises top-flight battery life. To recharge this imposing accumulator, it will not be necessary no more than 23 minutes. In any case, this is what the Chinese giant promised when announcing the Mi 10 Ultra. A 67 W wireless charging, like that of the Mi 11 Ultra, would also be in the game. It should not take more than 45 minutes for a complete recharge of the battery.
