The ‘war’ between Cala and Diakhaby about Vinicius is reopened

The Cádiz player Juan Cala reacted after the controversy surrounding the Brazilian Vinícius Junior after he denounced racist insults against him by a Valencia fan this Sunday, recalling his incident in April 2021 with the Valencian player Mouctar Diakhaby.

“Today Paulista and the friend have not left the field hurt, right? Today there are no statements, no videos, today the exemplary fans do not come out to blame, right? Time and only time puts each clown in his place.” wrote on his Twitter account. Diakhaby has responded to that tweet “You keep talking because they have protected you very well so shut up for a while.”

In addition, the Valencia central defender also wanted to show his support for Vinicius after the racist insults he received from a group of fans at the Mestalla. “And yes, of course I support Vinicius against the racist insults he received from some fans. And I hope that my club does what is necessary to strongly penalize those who committed these acts… not saying anything is being an accomplice.”

The thing did not stop there, because Cala, as soon as he learned of Diakhaby’s tweet, replied to the Valencia player with two more messages.

However, Cala defended his innocence at all times and five days later LaLiga reported that it had found no evidence of the insult. “After analyzing the elements, it is concluded that no evidence has been found in any of the media available in LaLiga that the player Juan Torres Ruiz (Juan Cala) insulted Mouctar Diakhaby in the terms denounced,” he said in a statement. .

For his part, the Competition Committee closed the case in June considering that the facts were not proven.
