On a like-for-like basis, store activity is up 78% compared to 2020. UTA Edenred, a mobility service provider in Europe, has partnered with ChargePoint, one of the leading networks of vehicle charging stations in Europe and the United States. This collaboration gives UTA ​​Edenred customers access to more than 240,000 public electric charging points in 32 European countries. Neovacs

Néovacs announced a fundraising of 2 million euros through the drawing of 2 tranches of OCEANE-BSA bonds, with a nominal value of 1,000,000 euros, subscribed by European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund. The net proceeds of this operation (1.92 million) will be intended, for 50%, to finance the Kinoid research program on allergies and, for 50%, to strengthen investment capacities in promising projects, both in the development of drug candidates (BioTech) and medical devices (MedTech).

Saint-Gobain has announced the signature of an agreement for the sale of Tadmar, its specialized plumbing, heating and sanitary distribution business in Poland, to the Polish company 3W. This sale marks the exit of Saint-Gobain from the distribution activity in Poland and is part of the continuation of the strategy to optimize the Group’s profile, in line with the objectives of the “Grow & Impact” plan.
