The Ukrainian president once again refused to negotiate with Putin

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said that negotiations with the Russian President cannot take place.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said in an interview with the British broadcaster BBC after a year of war with Russia that modern weapons can bring peace quickly because Russia only understands the language of weapons.

President Zelensky also mentioned the threat made by the leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, who said that if a single Ukrainian soldier crossed the border, he would start a war with the Russian army on his territory.

“I hope that Belarus will not join this war, and if it does, we will fight against it as well,” President Zelenskiy added.

The Ukrainian president added that ‘it would be a grave mistake to allow Russia to justify another attack on Belarus.’
