The training of the India team started in a fun way, the players played volleyball with coach Dravid

Team India has arrived in South Africa for the three-match test series. The team has also started training in Johannesburg. BCCI has shared a video of their team’s training session on Twitter. In this, Indian team players are seen playing volleyball in a fun-filled way. In the video, test captain Virat Kohli and coach Rahul Dravid are also seen doing two hands each on the field.

At the beginning of the video, Team India players are seen running, stretching and exercising. After this, the players begin to play standing volleyball. There is a lot of fun during this. Coach Dravid and Virat Kohli are also seen having fun with the rest of the players. In soccer, there is a team consisting of coach Rahul Dravid on one side and captain Virat Kohli on the other. The coach and captain are also seen clapping during this. Rishabh Pant and R Ashwin can also be seen masquerading in the video.

The India team’s strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai says we quarantined for 3 days in Mumbai and then arrived here after a long 10 hour flight. I was quarantined here for a day too. In such a situation, these sessions are very important to relax the players and the coaching staff.
