The tiger that killed 9 people in India was killed.

In the Indian state of Bihar, the tiger terrorized the locals and killed 6 people, including a woman and her 8-year-old child, in September.

On Sunday, 200 forest department officials and 8 hunters participated in the tiger killing campaign in Kovalmiki Tiger Reserve National Park and succeeded in killing the tiger after 6 hours of continuous effort.

After the mother and son were killed, authorities declared the tiger a dangerous man-eater, with local officials saying sugarcane fields near the national park made it easier for the tiger to attack farmers and their livestock.

Locals had stopped going out in the evening due to tiger attacks, after the tiger was killed the locals stayed up all night and celebrated the tiger’s death.
