After adaptation The Three Musketeers: Dartagnan of Martin Bourboulon in April and its upcoming sequel in December 2023, titled The Three Musketeers: Miladythe novel ofAlexandre Dumas will know a new adaptation for the less unprecedented.
In effect, Houda Benyamina is preparing to make a female adaptation of the famous novel which will be called All for One. As its name suggests, our musketeers will be interpreted by actresses.
” Women ! They are women ! They cut their hair, strapped their chests, put leather dicks under their pants, but they are women“.
The actress who will play Dartagnan, Daphne Patakia, communicated on this ambitious project, All for One will be a swashbuckling film, full of themes and action scenes as you would expect:
We had to learn horse riding and do 6 months of preparation. I gained 6 kg, I did a lot of bodybuilding. We also did fencing. It’s an action movie, about friendship, which is funny and epic. A swashbuckling film with everything in it. But there is a particular tone. It’s going to be very interesting.

The latter, seen in Benedetta, continues on the particular context of the characters they embody, explaining that to interpret the emblematic roles of the characters ofAlexandre Dumas, it took the “guy grimées, (with) beards”. The actress also reveals that All for One will assume both the scope of its ambitions by respecting the tones of the time while infusing it with an important ideological theme in the background:

If the film is closed, All for One will feature Daphne Pakaya, Oulaya Amamra, Deborah Lukumuena, Sabrina Ouazani And Georgina Amoros. No release date has yet been announced.
