A kindergarten teacher in Mexico banned her students from listening to Featherweight music. “May children stay children”wrote.
Everything was documented on video. Known on the networks as “Miel de Maple,” the teacher asked her students, “Would you like me to play music?” to which they all said yes.
However, the teacher’s smile faded when several of the kids asked her about featherweight music.
“I want you to sing the song that says, ‘He wants me to put music to it so the baby can dance all the way down.’said one of the children.
To be honest, it’s not uncommon for kids to know about Featherweight’s music and ask about it. The artist is now considered one of the most important singers in the world.
However, the teacher disagreed with her students’ request and banned Featherweight music from her classrooms.
“These aren’t children’s songs!”said the teacher and suggested songs like “La patita Lulú”. But the children refused.
“These songs are not for children. It’s not a real song because it doesn’t say anything like the songs we sing here at school.”said the teacher.

It’s not the first time a school has penalized something related to featherweight; For example, at one school in Mexico, policy prohibited students from wearing the “double P” cut, the well-known mullet cut worn by the artist.
At that time, the parents of the San Pedro National College for Technical Professional Education (CONALEP) agreed to ban featherweight haircuts; However, many, including the singer, criticized the decision.
