The triumph of the Soles (7-5) over the Leones (7-5) caused a quadruple tie in the first position of the National Basketball League (LNB), since earlier the Indios de San Francisco de Macorís (7- 5) beat the National District Titans 104-94.

Suero also had 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals, while Anyeuri Castillo had 14 points and Timmy Bond scored 11 and had 7 assists.

For the Lions, Juan Guerrero stood out with 22 points and 8 rebounds, Kelechi Ajukwa finished with 16 points and Eddy Polanco with 13.
