The President of the Senate, Ander Gil, held this Wednesday a meeting with the president of the Higher Sports Council (CSD), José Manuel Franco, where they addressed the celebration, in the Upper House, of a conference “on sport as an engine of socioeconomic development and territorial cohesion in the fight against the demographic challenge.”
These days, organized by the Presidency of the Senate and the CSD Youth Sports Foundation, will be held at the beginning of next year with the aim of highlighting “the work that is currently being carried out in this matter and to analyze the role of sport as a backbone”.
The conference, which will serve as a meeting point for organizations, companies and public administrations, To do this, they will have an extensive program of presentations by experts on different topics linked to key segments in this matter.
