Last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 series with Snapdragon chip in all regions. However, it was unclear this year whether the Galaxy S24 series would also come onto the market with an Exynos chip in some countries.
Now a leak has revealed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will arrive two versions of the “Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy” chipand offers different clock speeds for the most powerful Cortex-X4 core: 3.40 GHz in the most powerful variant and 3.30 GHz in the other.

In any case, a 100 MHz difference in the fastest core shouldn't make a difference in everyday life. In fact, it's hard to understand why Samsung made such a decision.
It seems clear that there will be no variant of the Galaxy S24 Ultra with an Exynos 2400 chip, as was rumored.
