: Three producers invested their money in the film “PM Narendra Modi”, the biopic about Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which was released in 2019. In fact, one of the film's producers, Acharya Manish, has accused fellow producers Anand Pandit and Sandeep Singh of cheating. Furthermore, Acharya Manish has filed a police complaint against both of them.

According to Acharya Manish's complaint, Anand Pandit and Sandeep Singh cheated him of Rs 14 million. In the complaint, he said that Sandeep Singh and Anand Pandit contacted him to invest in Prime Minister Modi's biography in 2019. Furthermore, he claimed that after the film's release, he will get first clawback rights to recoup his investment. After this assurance from Anand and Sandeep, Acharya Manish took a big loan to invest Rs 14 million in the film.

Acharya Manish also said that the film grossed more than Rs 32 million upon its release. Despite this, Anand Pandit allegedly refused to pay them their dues. Furthermore, Anand is also said to have threatened him to take legal action.

Acharya Manish filed this complaint in Mohali. In the complaint filed with the police, Acharya said that Anand Pandit allegedly inspired him to invest large sums in the film based on false assurances.
