‘Run for a sustainable world’ was presented yesterday by the General Director of Sports of the Madrid City Council, Alicia Martín, and the Mayor of Los Alcázares, Mario Pérez Cervera, together with Jesús España, Olympic athlete, European 5,000m champion, specialist in long-distance events and half bottom.
The circuit begins its journey this coming Sunday, November 13 in Madrid, It will be the first to “do its part”, since the advertising will be made of 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard. Plastics will be avoided by delivering water in tetrabrick, and a t-shirt made of recycled material will be given away.
On Sunday 13 you can enjoy a tour of the Manzanares Linear Park, Madrid Río or the Manzanares riverbank, discovering one of the green lungs of the capital, still very unknown. You can run, walk or just spend a morning with friends, in any of the three distances, 10K, 5K and 3K.
