With the meeting, held to coordinate recreational activities and orientation talks for children and adolescents, the doctrine of police proximity is strengthened, promoted by the Director General of the Police, Major General Eduardo Alberto Then.
“Our Director General wants to strengthen the orientation of children and adolescents through sports,” said Colonel Jacobo Mateo Moquete, commander of the Sports department of the institution of order.
He specified that both the Ministry of Sports, the National Drug Council and technicians of the National Police, will be guiding in the designated neighborhoods so that children grow up knowing the danger posed by gangs, violence and drug use
