The person who died in Karachi is not our citizen, China

China has said that the person killed in the firing in Karachi is not a citizen of their country.

During a press briefing in Beijing, China’s capital, Wang Wenbin, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, said that we express our condolences to the person who died in the shooting in Karachi and sympathize with the injured.

Wang Wenbin said that according to my knowledge, the person killed in Karachi is not a Chinese citizen.

It should be noted that on September 28, a man named Ronald Raymond Shaw was killed in a firing in a dental clinic in Sadar area of Karachi, while 2 people including a woman were injured.

Yesterday, the police had described the three persons as Chinese-Pakistani, but there are reports that the injured husband and wife have Canadian citizenship.

It should be noted that the responsibility of the incident has been accepted by a relatively unknown organization called Sindhu Desh People’s Army.

Raja Umar Khattab, in-charge of Counter-Terrorism Department, Sindh, while speaking to the American News Agency, has said that the Sindh People’s Army does not seem to have any background and it is the first time that such a claim has been made by an organization of this name.
