The MILLIONAIRE signing bonus that Real Madrid offered Mbappé

Real Madrid are set to take a step forward in their bid to sign Kylian Mbappé. The Spanish club are reportedly ready to offer the striker a €100m (£85.5m) bonus for the signing, although the player will have to accept a salary reduction to make his move to the Bernabéu a reality.

Mbappé, whose contract with Paris Saint-Germain is expected to end this summer, has reportedly already decided to join Real Madrid on a free transfer. Although the France international has not yet officially communicated his decision to the French club, an announcement is expected in the coming weeks.

Real Madrid want Mbappé

Le Parisien newspaper recently reported that Mbappé had made a decision about his future and Real Madrid were ready to sign the talented striker for free. However, the financial deal remains significant with Real Madrid expected to pay a signing fee of €100 million.

Despite its interest in Mbappé, Real Madrid is keen to keep its salary structure intact and is unwilling to unbalance it to meet the player’s salary demands. The striker would reportedly accept a significant cut from his current salary of €25 million net per year that he receives in Paris.

If the transfer goes through, Mbappé would become Real Madrid’s highest-paid player, surpassing the likes of Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham. In addition, the Spanish club would be willing to give Mbappé a majority stake in the image rights, which would increase his financial potential in the team.

With a stellar career at PSG, where he scored 241 goals and provided 105 assists in 288 appearances, Mbappé will look to continue his success at Real Madrid as he aims for a sixth Ligue 1 title this season. As his move to the Bernabéu draws ever closer, the France international is expected to play an important role in the Spanish club’s plans to win the Champions League.
