Boiro was born in Dakar, Senegal and has been based in Pamplona since the age of four. There he built his football career from youth to his outstanding participation in the Osasuna reserve team. His time at Tajonar cemented him as an up-and-coming player, making 43 appearances in the reserve team this season and providing five assists.
Known for his attacking prowess, the left-back arrives at a strategic time for Athletic Club and strengthens the defensive options of the team led by Ernesto Valverde. The integration of Boiro is intended to improve rotation and offer the coach tactical solutions.
