The largest Ferris wheel in Latin America is inaugurated in Sao Paulo

The city of Sao Paulo inaugurated this Thursday the Ferris wheel "largest in Latin America"with its 91 meters high and 42 cabins from which appreciate the immensity of the Brazilian megalopolis.

baptized as "Roda Rico"the new tourist attraction occupies an area of ​​4,500 square meters in the Cândido Portinari Park, located in the west of the capital of São Paulo, and It will be open to the public starting this Friday.

Each cabin has capacity for eight people and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and even Bluetooth so that visitors can accompany the journey with the soundtrack they want, according to the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism in a note.

The ride lasts 25 to 30 minutes., it costs between 25 and 79 reais (today about 4.8 and 15.1 dollars) and it is allowed to bring small or medium-sized pets.

Tickets can be purchased through the Sympla platform, with the possibility of reserving an entire booth for 350 reais ($67).

Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brazil, with an estimated population of 12.3 million inhabitants, and stands out for its cultural and gastronomic diversity.
