According to an internal source, the iPhone 13 will have three new photo and video features. The most important is undoubtedly the arrival of Portrait mode for videos. They can also be filmed in high quality thanks to the ProRes format. Finally, the smartphone incorporates new filter options that can be applied to a specific element of the photo.
With the release of the iPhone 7 Plus, Apple has incorporated one of the most popular photo features to date: portrait mode. This adds a bokeh effect to the background, making the subject stand out more clearly. In view of the recent leaks, the future iPhone 13, however, clearly place the photo and video to stand out from its predecessor. For this, the Cupertino company gave its all.
We already know that all models will be equipped with the iPhone 12 Pro Max photo stabilizer. The Pro model, in turn, will be entitled to an ultra wide-angle sensor with autofocus. Finally, the more sophisticated model will apparently benefit from giant photo sensors. In short, Apple is multiplying innovations in this area, and not just at the technical level. According to an internal source, three new features will also arrive.
Portrait mode for videos, high definition quality and new smart filters
The most important of them is, without a doubt, integration of portrait mode into videos. As in the photo, the iPhone will use its depth sensor to create the bokeh effect. Called ” cinematographic videoThis feature also allows users to change the level of blur they want to add.

Finally, new filter options would appear when editing photos. It would be possible to choose between different styles, modifying as desired the warmth of colors, their contrast or the intensity of shadows. Unlike the usual filters, available since 2013 on the iPhone, these filters canapply directly to a specific element of the image, cut thanks to an artificial intelligence.
