The head of Russia’s largest oil company was killed

The head of a major oil producing company in Russia fell to his death from a building.

According to international media reports, the chairman of Russia’s second largest oil producer, Lukoil, Ravel Magnov died after falling from a hospital window in the capital Moscow.

This incident is the latest in a series of sudden, unknown and mysterious deaths of businessmen.

Russian media confirmed reports by Reuters news agency on Thursday that the 67-year-old man fell to his death from the building, but the circumstances surrounding his fall were unclear.

Magnov fell from a window at the Central Clinical Hospital this morning and died of his injuries, Interfax news agency reported, citing an informed source.

Speaking to RBC Business daily, police sources said that Magnoff fell from the sixth floor window of the hospital.
