The half-buried corpse of a 21-year-old mother is found in Nicaragua

The body of a young 21-year-old mother, who had been reported missing since last Friday, was found half-buried in the Nicaraguan municipality of San Pedro de Lóvago, the authorities reported this Sunday.

The young woman, identified as Tatiana Ninoska Jirón, mother of two children, was found on Saturday night half buried in a mountainous property in San Pedro de Lóvago, department of Chontales, central Nicaragua, according to preliminary information from the National Police (PN). .

The discovery of the body was made by relatives and neighbors who began searching the city after it was reported missing last Friday, according to the National Police, which was notified when they found the body.

"We suspected that perhaps something had happened to her. So we would come (to) here (place of discovery). We look at something there. Her brother-in-law told me: here is something, it was where we looked and discovered" the body of the young woman, said one of the witnesses to Channel 8 of Nicaraguan television.

The witness explained that the search began in the early hours of Saturday.

According to the station La Primerísima, the PN arrested a couple as the main suspects in that crime.

The detainees, according to that station, which cites the Chontales Departmental Police as a source, are Jarol Sánchez and his wife, Jessenia Amador Chavarría.

"Tatiana was murdered because she had a loving relationship with Sánchez, and the latter’s wife discovered it, something that the National Police must clarify"indicated the radio La Primerísima.

Tatiana Ninoska Jirón leaves two children as an orphan: a 5-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy.

At the moment the National Police have not officially confirmed the arrest of the couple or the motive for the crime.
