The Flanders Classics define their dates for 2023

Cycling fans and riders in the peloton are getting ready to target the highlights of the 2023 road cycling calendar and Flanders Classics, organizer of some of the most important classics on the calendar, has confirmed this Wednesday the dates of its main races.

The Flanders Classics season will start on February 25 with the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad dispute before the most demanding tests begin on the pavers with the Ghent-Wevelgem, scheduled for March 26, and Through Flanders, which will take place on March 29 of that month.

Although the greatest attraction of the flamenco classics will once again be the Tour of Flanders. ‘De Ronde’, the most important test of pavé in Flanders, will be held on April 2. After the Tour of Flanders, the Scheldt Grand Prix on April 5 (just as a prelude to Paris-Roubaix, scheduled for the 9th) and the Flanders Classics season will end on the 12th of that month with the dispute of the Arrow of Brabant before the walls of the Ardennes Classics take over from the Flemish cobblestones.
