The filming of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is over

Among the future projects of Marvel, if fans are happy to finally be able to see the highly anticipated Spider-Man: No Way Home, we forget a lot of ambitious projects for the studio: From Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever, Doctor Strange 2 in Guardians of the Galaxy vol.3 through the series Moon Knight and She-Hulk, we will have the opportunity to discover a large number of different characters and universes. Among them, there will be the expected sequel toAnt-Man, to know Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, always directed by Peyton reed and written by the writers of the animated series Rick and morty.

The film will feature the return ofAnt-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly), next to Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton) and Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) – a villain first introduced in Loki by Kate Herron and who should be the big bad of the MCU in the future, replacing the Crazy Titan Thanos. In addition, we have some information on the bad “annexes” of the film since Walton goggins (the super anecdotal villainous mafia from the second film) will return in the third feature film of the saga.

Peyton reed himself today announced on Twitter that the filming of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania and the start of the project in post-production:

“The main photography on ANT-MAN AND THE WASP: QUANTUMANIA is now complete! I can’t wait to show you everything we’ve done… ”

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will serve as a starting point for the character of Kang the Conqueror which had been the highlight of the series “Loki”. His death at the hands of the variant Sylvie will turn the multiverse upside down, summoning multiple variations of the character. See you on July 28, 2023 to discover the film.
