‘The film received a lot of love, but…’, Anubhav Sinha expressed his grief over the failure of ‘Bheed’

Rush, the recently released film by Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, turned out to be a box office flop. The film got good reviews and was praised, but despite this, the public did not come to the theaters to see ‘Bheed’. The result is that this movie flopped in terms of earnings. Now director Anubhav Sinha’s grief has spilled out over this.

During an interview with Galatta Plus, Rush director Anubhav Sinha said, “Sometimes you make a movie that gets rejected and then you feel that even though we made a great movie, maybe it’s just that she couldn’t connect with people.”

Anubhav Sinha further said, ‘This film has received a lot of love, care and respect from people. People are writing long posts on Facebook and WhatsApp. More people have written praise for the film than I have read reviews, but no one goes to the theater to see it. This is very strange. I’m a little happy and also a little surprised.

Significantly, Anubhav Sinha’s film Mob has so far grossed only Rs 2.26 crore at the box office in 7 days. This movie has collided with Hollywood ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’. At the same time, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ has badly affected the collection of ‘Bheed’. Earlier, Anubhav Sinha’s film Anek Bhi was heavily beaten at the box office, in which Ayushmann Khurrana played the lead role.

Apart from Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, stars like Ashutosh Rana, Kritika Kamra and Pankaj Kapoor have worked in the film Rush, directed by Anubhav Sinha. This film tells the story of the lockdown caused by Corona in the country. In this, the plight of migrant workers has been demonstrated.
