Brussels: European country Greece has launched a major crackdown on illegal immigrants, pushing back more than 600 at once.
According to details, Greece, a European country considered a gateway for Pakistanis seeking to enter Europe illegally for a better future, has been tightening security at sea and land borders for the past few years to prevent further influx of migrants. And as a result of these measures, the number of immigrants arriving in Greece has dropped significantly.
More than 600 migrants (including many Pakistanis) trying to enter the country by sea recently came to the notice of the Greek Coast Guard, which pushed them back into Turkish waters. He also informed the Turkish authorities about this.
