Meanwhile, in the must we find what is invisible to almost everyone: a insufficient sports infrastructure and poorly distributed throughout the country, both for high performance and for social sports; an almost total lack of articulation or even communication between school sports, physical education and the beginning of the federative activity.
This is involving fewer children, youth and adults doing social or mass sport, and diminishing access to training and competition. In several disciplines there are fewer federated than 70 years ago, even though our population has nearly tripled.
