The subpoenas, which were announced Tuesday by committee chair Bennie Thompson, require the three men to provide documents by January 24 and appear to testify between January 31 and February 2.

"We have reason to believe that the people we have quoted today have relevant information and we hope they will join the more than 340 people who have spoken with the committee as we move forward to investigate this attack."Thompson said.
