Talented Mexican winger Lozano could be on the way to a return to his former club PSV Eindhoven after a poor spell at Napoli in Italy’s Serie A this season.
According to reports from Sky Sports Italia, Hirving Lozano has agreed to a possible transfer to PSV, now it is up to the institutions to reach a satisfactory agreement. Despite PSV having presented an offer of €10m plus bonuses for the Mexican player, Napoli are demanding €15m and retaining 25% of the player’s rights for a future sale.

PSV’s biggest challenge is to raise the €15m demanded by Napoli to transfer Lozano. However, the funds could come from selling other players who are also in the market, such as Johan Bakayoko and Ibrahim Sangaré.
In addition, there is a possibility that PSV will earn additional revenue if they qualify for the Champions League. That decision will be decided this Wednesday in the game against Rangers after a 2-2 draw in the first leg of the Champions League playoffs.
