The T20 World Cup 2024 will be played in West Indies and America, for which ICC has released the schedule. The Indian team will play its first match in the tournament against Ireland on June 5. Team India will face Pakistan on June 9 in New York, which will be India's next match in the tournament. Team India will play a total of 4 games in the group stage. The T20 World Cup begins on June 1st.
The first match of the 2024 T20 World Cup will be played between Canada and the USA. The final of the World Cup will take place on June 29th. Group games will be played in the tournament between June 1st and 18th. After that, Super 8 games will take place from June 19th to 24th. Then there will be semifinal games on June 26th and 27th and finally the title game on June 29th.
A total of 20 teams take part in the tournament, which were divided into five groups from “A” to “D”, meaning five teams were divided into each group. The Indian team is represented in Group A. In addition to India, Group A also includes Pakistan, Ireland, Canada and the USA. The Indian team will play all the group stage matches in the US, with the first three matches being played in New York and the last in Florida.

The knockout matches of the tournament, i.e. semi-finals and finals, will be played in the West Indies. The first semi-final, to be held on June 26, will be held in Guyana. It is noteworthy that a total of 55 matches will be played in the T20 World Cup 2024. All matches will be played at nine venues in the West Indies and the USA.
