London: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has apologized for violating the lockdown.
According to details, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has apologized for attending the Downing Street party during the lockdown.
“I apologize for taking responsibility for the party in the Prime Minister’s House,” he said.
At the start of the weekly question and answer session of the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson said that he had joined the party for 25 minutes before going to work. The Prime Minister admitted that he should have sent the audience back in when he found out.
It may be recalled that on May 20, 2020, a party was held at the foot of Ten Downing Street. Boris Johnson was severely criticized by the opposition for this violation of lockdown.
Opposition leader Carey Starmer said the British prime minister’s excuse that he “did not realize he was in the party” was a “ridiculous” and “heartbreaking” excuse. Azam will resign.
