The BOMB signing Girona wants to make to win LaLiga

According to several English media reports, Girona have expressed interest in Pedro Porro and would like to explore the possibility of a transfer during the January transfer window. Despite the hype, Spurs are likely to reject any attempt to sign the talented 24-year-old, who has become a key player in the London team.

Pedro Porro, who Tottenham signed on a loan deal from Sporting CP and became permanent last summer, has proven indispensable in Ange Postecoglou’s plan. With seven assists so far this season, the Spaniard has established himself as one of the cornerstones of the team’s defense.

Despite interest from Girona, who currently hold a prominent position in La Liga, Pedro Porro is considered unlikely to leave north London. Spurs have spent around £39m on the right-back and his presence is vital to the club’s goals this season.

Tottenham doesn’t want to sell Porro

Girona, looking to strengthen its squad for future challenges, could try to tempt Porro with a return to Spain and his old team. However, aware of the player’s importance, Tottenham will reject any approach and thus ensure the defender’s continuity in the English team, according to the English media.

As for Tottenham’s general plans for the January window, the club is looking for reinforcements. They have already made progress in negotiations to sign defender Radu Dragusin and are also interested in signing a winger and an attacking midfielder. Having made an offer and agreed personal terms for Dragusin, Spurs plan to remain active in the transfer market in the coming days.
