New Delhi: Police found the body of a young girl who had been missing for 9 months in India.
According to Indian media, this incident took place in the Indian state of Haryana, where the body of a 22-year-old girl named Neelam, who had returned from Canada to marry her friend, was found in Khet Khet.
According to reports, the girl’s friend Sunil had killed the girl in June last year and buried her body in his field after which the police found the skeleton on Tuesday.
Indian police say that Sunil confessed to his crime after his arrest, saying that he kidnapped the girl and shot her twice in the head and buried the body.
According to reports, the sister of the slain girl filed a missing complaint with the police in June last year.
The girl’s sister had told the police that Neelam had cleared the English language test and went to Canada in January last year for a job.
